Purchasing our maintenance agreement (Roberts Premier Club or RPC) gives you the advantage of having your Air Conditioning and Heat Systems (systems) serviced twice a year, for an ANNUAL fee of $169.00 for the first unit and $99.00 for each additional unit.
Since 80% of outages are due to poor maintenance, this helps to ensure your system is running properly and efficiently, potentially saving you thousands.
This agreement also gives you, our customer, 15%-20% discount on all parts and material, diagnostic and trip charges, PLUS a 2 year warranty on all repairs. This is a great investment as it is almost a 50% discount off two (2) maintenance checks.
Both services will cover cleaning outdoor coils and checking all other major components, such as motors, capacitors, contactors, filters, and freon.
