Since 1979, Ray Roberts Service has been a name East Texans trust for honest, quality, and professional heating and air service. What started as a small, family-run shop in Quitman has evolved into a full team of comfort experts who treat every home as if it were their own. More important than just fixing systems, we take pride in our integrity, craftsmanship, and community spirit.

As the Ray Roberts family has grown, we now welcome a spirited new helper to the team: Rowdy the Raccoon. Rowdy is more than just our mascot; he is part of the family. Always curious, dependable, learning, and never one to shy away from a challenge, Rowdy leaves no stone unturned when it comes to keeping homes safe, efficient, and comfortable. Whether he is out “Roundin’ Up Comfort,” lending a paw to a neighbor in need, or loving on our community, Rowdy embodies the qualities that make Ray Roberts special: hard work, heart, loyalty, and hometown care.
