You may cancel this transaction, without any penalty or obligation, within three business days from the above date. If you cancel, any property traded in, any payments made by you under the contract or sale, and any negotiable instrument executed by you will be returned within 10 business days following receipt by the merchant of your cancellation notice, and any security interest arising out of the transaction will be canceled. If you cancel, you must make available to the merchant at your residence, in substantially as good condition as when received, any goods delivered to you under this contract or sale; or you may if you wish, comply with the instructions of the merchant regarding the return shipment of the goods at the merchant’s expense and risk. If you do not agree to return the goods to the merchant or if the merchant does not pick them up within 20 days of the date of your notice of cancellation, you may retain or dispose of the goods without any further obligations. To cancel this transaction mail or deliver a signed and dated copy of this cancellation notice or any other written notice, or send a telegram, to Ray Roberts Service, LLC, at 203 E Goode St, Quitman, Tx 75783, NO LATER THAN MIDNIGHT OF SIGNED CONTRACT DATE.
Ray Roberts Service, LLC. will be collecting opt-in verbally from their customers. The customers will be able to opt in to receive messages either in person at their physical location, or over a phone call if the customer calls. When a customer is registered for the first time, they are asked to provide the phone number, and staff is trained to ask If the customer would like to opt in to SMS-based billing notifications, appointment reminders, dispatch notifications and job completion surveys. They will be verbally informed that “Message and data rates may apply”, “Message frequency may vary”, and they can “text HELP for support or more information and STOP to unsubscribe at any time and no further messages will be sent.” They will also be informed that their phone number will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
WARRANTIES:
The contractor warrants to the homeowner that materials and equipment furnished under the contract are of good quality and free from known defects. In addition to all manufacturer warranties, the contractor warrants that all work performed will conform to trade best practices and customs and provides an additional One-year (1) workmanship warranty to correct any defect in the work performed. This warranty excludes damage or defects caused by abuse, neglect, alterations to work not performed by the contractor, improper operation, and normal wear and tear. If the homeowner fails to notify the contractor of defects within the one-year period or does not provide the contractor adequate opportunity to correct such defects, the homeowner waives the right to require corrections and waives any claims for breach of warranty.
