Ray Roberts Service has been part of East Texas since 1979. Our neighbors, customers, and team members are the same people we see at the grocery store, at church, and at ballgames. Northeast Texas Child Advocacy Center

Bringing hope and healing to children in Northeast Texas since 1998.

The Northeast Texas Child Advocacy Center (NETCAC) provides a safe, child-friendly place where victims of child abuse can begin healing. NETCAC serves children and families across Camp, Delta, Franklin, Hopkins, Rains, Titus, and Wood counties — including the communities Ray Roberts Service calls home.

Their mission is to bring hope and healing while working together to break the cycle of child abuse. Since 1998, NETCAC has served more than 12,000 children in Northeast Texas.
