Last week I called Ray Roberts Service, LLC to obtain a bid to update my old, inefficient air conditioner and heating systems. I received a callback and set an appointment with Chase Sloan, who did a thorough review of my home and potential areas for improvement with my HVAC system. Chase was professional, courteous, engaging and friendly. He presented me with two separate system update quotes for consideration as they included all possible discounts for senior citizen and veteran consideration. He gave me the latitude to take a few requested days to review the quotes and discuss them with family without any pressure to make an immediate decision. On Monday, November 17, I called Chase with a couple of questions about the quotes and a request for clarification on the scope of work. He patiently answered my questions and showed great respect for them. After consulting with him, I selected a bid a new, high efficiency heat pump system, of which they could set up installation for the next day (Tuesday, Nov 18). This morning, I was contacted by Ray Roberts Service letting me know that Technician Jim Glasscock and his team were on their way to start my installation at around 8:30. Jim and his team worked diligently all day to not only remove my old interior and exterior units, but also install my brand new high efficiency heat pump system with precision and first rate skill by late afternoon. Jim explained my new system, reviewed how to use the new high tech thermostat and made sure that I was satisfied with their clean up after completing their work. I am tremendously pleased with my new HVAC system from Ray Roberts Service, LLC and I thank them for their commitment in making me a very satisfied customer. Congratulations on a Job Well Done!
